This sea salt is hand-harvested from the Natural Reserve in The gold coast, western region of Africa. It is known for its highest quality natural unprocessed salt produced from salt basins using age-old methods. Dried by wind and sun, it is naturally moist with all its natural goodness. This sea salt is naturally clear and pinkish grey as the salt bed is very hard and does not take on the earthy grey color from the basin. There are no factories at the salt harvesting area and with sun the whole year, it has natural drying process. Almost all of the sea water minerals are kept within the salt crystals. No additives, bleaching or anti-caking agents.
